Dispute resolution

We are neither prepared nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

In accordance with Article 7 (1) of the TMG (German Telemedia Law), as a service provider we are responsible under general law for the proprietary content on this site. Pursuant to Articles 8 to 10 of the TMG, as a service provider we are not, however, obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity therein.

Obligations under general law to remove or block the use of information remain unaffected. However, any liability in this regard is only possible from the moment that we become aware of a specific infringement.
